Renaissance Collections seminar
These interdisciplinary seminars, which take place
at least twice a year, are designed to take advantage
of the internationally renowned collections of materials
from the early modern period (c. 1400-1750) held in
Edinburgh. Seminars are generally held in galleries,
museums and libraries around Edinburgh and involve hands-on
examination of the objects under consideration, with
experts invited from outside the university to contribute
to the discussion
Details of the 2011-2012 programme will follow shortly.
